Survey Unit
Notify us immediately if anything damaged, broken, or any issues ☐ Start Laundry First! Collect linens and towels. Check for damages/stains ☐ Collect all dishes and used kitchen items and begin dishwasher ☐ Collect trash from all surfaces and trashcans, place in outside bins, try to separate and Recycling. Blue bins are Recycle, Tan bins are regular ☐
Kitchen
Clean and wipe down all appliances, counters, cabinets, sinks and backsplashes ☐ Clean and wipe out inside of oven, microwave, inside of toaster oven, and coffee maker. ☐ Clean and wipe out inside and outside of refrigerator ☐
Mop and Sweep floor ☐
Empty dishwasher, and organize cupboards. ☐
Check placement of hand soap, dish soap, sponges, trash bags, paper towels, disinfectant spray. Once item gets to ¼ left, leave a replacement under sink. ☐ Put out 2 clean dish towels, and sponge ☐
Removed all trash and empty wastebasket and replace liner ☐
Living Room
Vacuum or sweep and mop floors. ☐
Dust window sills, ledges, ceiling fans, furniture, blinds, picture frames, knickknacks, and lamps. ☐ Vacuum furniture, including under seat cushions ☐ Check sofa bed for dirty linens, Be sure to leave clean linens for the sofa bed ☐ Wipe windows and/or sliding glass doors for visible fingerprints/dirt. ☐
Bedrooms Change sheets and pillowcases. Fully remake beds ☐ Check for wear and tear or stains on sheets and blankets. ☐
Vacuum or swept and mopped floors and under beds ☐ Dust window sills, ledges, blinds, ceiling fans, bed frame and pictures and lamps ☐ Check for personal belongings left in drawers and closets ☐
Clean mirrors and wipe down night stands ☐
Check alarm clocks to make sure alarms are not set ☐
Bathrooms Clean, scrub and sanitize showers, bathtubs, vanity, sinks, and backsplashes ☐ Clean mirrors and polish chrome ☐
Clean and sanitized toilets ☐
Wash floors and tile walls ☐
Empty wastebasket, replace trash liner ☐
Check supply liquid hand soap ☐
Check toilet paper and leave at least three rolls under sink ☐ Put out one shampoo, one conditioner, one lotion, and one bar of soap in each bathroom ☐ Linens: 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels, and 4 washcloths per guest, plus 1 shower mat. ☐
Other Details
Leave unit presentable and organized (examples: glasses in line, towels are neatly folded and straight, and couch pillows are straight, etc.) ☐ Check that washer and dryer are empty; clean out lint trap ☐
Check supply of detergent, dryer sheets and bleach ☐
Check light bulbs, change if necessary ☐
Wipe off patio set and cleaned barbecue grill/fire pit ☐
Lock every door ☐
Take out all trash ☐
Thermostat set to 78 (AC Summer) or 65 (Heat Winter) ☐ Let us know if any cleaning/ linens/ supplies are running low ☐
